Imaging tests should be a routine part of screening for women's health concerns, like breast cancer and osteoporosis. When you come to our women's imaging center, you'll get accurate imaging from a team of experts who put you first.

Mammograms
Regular mammograms can help detect breast cancer in its early stages, when it may be easier to treat. In addition to traditional 2D mammograms, we also offer 3D mammograms, which produce highly detailed images of the breast, potentially improving cancer detection rates and helping patients avoid follow-up testing.
Breast Ultrasounds
Breast ultrasounds use sound waves to deliver targeted imaging. They're sometimes needed to learn more about specific breast changes detected on a mammogram. They can also help guide breast biopsies.
Bone Density Scans
Bone density scans are used to check changes to bone mineral density. These findings can screen for or monitor conditions like osteoporosis. At PPGH, we offer high-resolution DXA (sometimes called DEXA) scans.

Breast Cancer Screening Services
We believe that breast cancer screening should be available to everyone. That's why we have partnered with Moncrief Cancer Center. Moncrief will cover up to 100% of screening costs for underinsured patients. To find out if you qualify, call 800.405.7739. You do not need a doctor's referral for free screening services.
