There are four ways to directly pay your Palo Pinto General Hospital bill:
- By phone. Call Med Cycle at 866.642.2354 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- By mail. Your bill will be mailed to you, and you can send the payment in with the payment stub to 400 SW 25th Ave., Mineral Wells, Texas 76067.
- In person. The cashier’s office is on the first floor next to admissions (enter through the Emergency Room entrance).
- Online. Create an account through our Patient Portal. This is the only online direct payment option available. Do not pay through any third-party system. We cannot guarantee your payment will be received if you pay through a company we are not affiliated with. We will never ask you to pay a "service fee" when paying your bill. Any website that asks you to pay a service fee is not affiliated with PPGH.
If you received services from Radiology, Emergency Room, Anesthesia, or Pathology departments, you will receive separate bills from the following providers:
