At Palo Pinto General Hospital (PPGH), our goal is to help you have the labor and delivery experience that you want—while ensuring you and your baby receive the best possible care.
With us, you'll always get compassionate, family-oriented care.
Putting Moms and Babies First
Our experienced labor and delivery doctors and nurses will support you through your birthing process in one of our private delivery rooms. Once your baby is born, we'll give you quiet time to bond as a new family whenever possible.
During your stay, our nurses will be there to answer your questions and help you with everything you need. If you're still trying to figure out swaddling or need help feeding your baby, we'll walk you through it.
Our Obstetrics Services
As a level 1 neonatal and maternal unit, we're trained to recognize and address complications at any stage during your stay. We also have direct access to Cook Children's Hospital, if your baby should need additional care.
Our services include:
- Central monitoring for all patients.
- Ultrasounds and diagnostics.
- C-sections and post-surgery care.
- Oxy Jr.
Labor and Delivery Rooms and Accommodations
Our postpartum rooms are modern and comfortable, so you can settle in as a new family. Each room is spacious and will accommodate your support person staying the night. We even offer your support person free meals so they can remain supportive by your side.
