Ross Korkmas is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Palo Pinto General Hospital, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance healthcare services, improve operational efficiency, and support the hospital’s long-term growth.
With extensive experience in hospital administration, Korkmas has played a key role in expanding service lines and strengthening partnerships to improve patient care. Under his leadership, the hospital has invested in infrastructure improvements, workforce development, and advanced medical technologies.
Before joining Palo Pinto General Hospital, Korkmas held executive roles in multiple healthcare organizations. He has successfully led initiatives to expand service lines, improve patient care, and enhance financial sustainability. His experience includes overseeing hospital operations, implementing strategic growth plans, and leading quality and safety improvements.
Korkmas holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is actively involved in industry organizations dedicated to rural healthcare advancement. He remains committed to ensuring that the hospital continues to provide high-quality, compassionate care to the community.
Rose Thomason, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Chief Human Resources/Compliance Officer
Rose Thomason serves as the Chief Human Resources/Compliance Officer at Palo Pinto General Hospital, overseeing compliance initiatives and the development of strategic human resources programs. She is dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that supports the hospital’s mission and strategic goals.
With extensive experience in healthcare human resources and compliance, Thomason has held leadership roles at multiple healthcare organizations. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening employee relations, and championing professional development to create a culture of engagement and growth.
Thomason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Training. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management. Passionate about employee success and organizational excellence, she continues to drive initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Beth Teverbaugh, MSN, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Beth Teverbaugh joined PPGH as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of Palo Pinto General Hospital in October 2024, bringing extensive leadership experience across multiple clinical areas.
Prior to joining PPGH, she was the CNO at Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital. With a background spanning multiple nursing disciplines, she is committed to enhancing patient outcomes, improving nursing workflows, and fostering a culture of excellence in healthcare delivery.
Passionate about safe, high-quality patient care, Teverbaugh is committed to strengthening nursing practices, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence. She continues to lead efforts that enhance patient safety and operational efficiency at PPGH.
