Many of our clinics offer walk-in and same-day appointments when you have an urgent need.

Full-Service Family Medicine
Our family medicine services include:
- Preventive care, such as annual wellness visits, adult vaccinations (such as tetanus and pneumonia shots), well-woman checks and Pap tests, and prostate cancer screenings for men.
- Care for acute illnesses, such as coughs and sore throats.
- Department of transportation physical (DOT) exams (offered at Gordon Family Health and Community Care Center).
- Minor procedures, such as removal of moles or fishhooks.
- Diagnostic assessments, including lab tests for conditions such as strep throat, COVID-19 and urinary tract infections (UTI).
- Care for chronic conditions, such as high blood pressure, asthma, allergies and COPD.
- Referrals to other specialty providers when you need specialty care.
- Follow-up visits after you have been discharged from a hospital or emergency room.
