The Radiology Department was included in the recent expansion of PPGH. Our new space allows for improved management of both inpatient and outpatient procedures, which include diagnostic and therapeutic testing and treatment, X-Ray, CT scans, Bone Density, Ultrasound, Digital Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

The Rehabilitations & Wellness Center has a fully trained staff that provides our community with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Aquatics, Wound Care, Medgem Testing, WorkSteps, and individual Fitness Programs.

The Social Worker works with the medical team in discharge planning from the time the patient enters the hospital. There is frequent communication between Case Managers, Doctors, Nursing and other Medical Staff.
Social Services helps patients and families during and after a hospital visit, and are available to help staff cope both on and off the job.
Palo Pinto General Hospital's Surgical Services are designed to meet the highest standards of care. The purpose of the Auxiliary is to assist the Hospital Staff in giving more complete health care to our hospital and community, providing extra services to make the patient more comfortable, and philanthropically benefiting the total health care of the Hospital District.
